We’re recruiting for a well-established packaging manufacturer experiencing strong growth and investment across their operations. They’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join their day shift maintenance team in a permanent role.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing

• Preventative & breakdown maintenance across production machinery
• Fault finding and troubleshooting mechanical equipment
• Working on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors & pneumatics
• Supporting plant upgrades and continuous improvement projects
• Reducing downtime and keeping production running efficiently
• Working closely with production and engineering teams
• Completing maintenance reporting through CMMS systems

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Trade Qualified Maintenance / Mechanical Fitter
• Manufacturing or FMCG maintenance experience
• Experience within packaging, plastics, food, or automated production highly regarded
• Strong fault-finding and breakdown experience
• Hands-on attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable team player with a safety-first mindset
