This company is a renowned Brisbane tier 3 building contractor.  They complete a wide range of projects including commercial, health, education and large fit outs with projects valuing anything from $5M to $30M.
  
About the Role – Leading Hand / Sub Foreman
Due to ongoing project requirements following successful tenders the General Manager has seen the opportunity to bring on board additional resources to assist with commercial construction and fit out projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
At any one time the company may have ten or more projects running simultaneously and they are looking for a strong Leading Hand / Sub Foreman to work across several projects, covering when projects overlap and covering in case of annual leave, sickness, meetings and training.  

Skills and Experience 

• Come from a trade background
• Previous experience with a known builder
• Stability with previous employers
• Experience on projects of up to $30m
