About the company
- We are currently working in direct partnership with a highly respected and accomplished builder / developer in the luxury high end / boutique residential market in Sydney. Having operated in the market for close to 20 years they have a stellar reputation others aspire to.
- Targeted at the high-end/ luxury side of the market they operate within the residential and boutique senior living market on projects up to $20m in value.
- As a company they are currently running 4-5 job at anyone time but are looking to grow and increase that to 5-6. This brings in a rare opportunity for a Site Foreman to join their team and grow through the company. In order to ensure a smooth transition, the company are going to bring on a smaller project than they normally would ($5m new build) so that the right candidate can get used to the companies way of operating.
- By coming into a company with such a stellar reputation you must be able to liaise with clients in a progressive and relaxed manner . You'll be responsible for liaising with the client and making sure that work is being carried out to high standard on site by the subcontractors. You will be supported by a Project manager and some of the companies own trades will be available when needed.
- In addition to that you will receive support directly from the construction manager who is hands on and there to assist in your development.
