We are currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to join a reputable builder delivering custom build residential projects.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Leading Hand, with the ability to lead from the front on site and support the delivery of quality builds. You’ll be working on homes typically valued between $2M–$5M, with some projects reaching up to $20M.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and bring strong problem-solving skills to manage day-to-day site challenges effectively. You’ll play a key role in coordinating trades, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects run smoothly.
