Opportunity
A well-established head contractor is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join the team on a $3M government services building refurbishment in Singleton, NSW.
This is a 4-month site-based contract supporting the delivery of a detailed refurbishment project within a live operational environment.
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating trades, maintaining site safety, and ensuring the project is delivered on programme and to a high standard.

- Assist with work sequencing and programme delivery
- Maintain high WHS and quality standards
- Support the Site Manager with daily site operations
- Proven experience as a Leading Hand on commercial refurbishment projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Trade qualification highly regarded
- White Card and relevant construction tickets
