Our client is one of Sydney's premier industrial builders who constantly deliver award winning projects in the Industrial space up to $40m. With some 40 staff and a turnover of $80m they are a well-established and reputable builder who offer excellent culture and industry leading staff retention.
 
The Role: 
 
Due to ongoing growth and commitment to staff development we are looking for an up and coming Leading Hand on a permanent basis. As the Foreman you will be responsible to a Project Manager for the successful delivery of onsite activities, safety and program.
 
Using structural steel and other sustainable modern building materials in smart and effective ways, this builder are looking for a Leading Hand who has the ability to adapt and push the boundaries in terms of building systems and building control. 
 
Project Set Up: 
 
With every project you work on you will be supported by an experienced Project Manager, a Site Foreman, staff labour and cadets to achieve an excellent result without compromising on your and sub-contractors Health and Safety. 
 
Person Spec:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Leading Hand who wants to be part of a well-run builder who can forge a lasting career, constructing building you can be proud of.
 
The ideal candidate would have

• Experience working on Commercial or industrial project upwards of $10m
• Stead work history
• Keen to learn and progress
