The Position

The scope of works associated with this project includes the demolition of an existing structure and complete redevelopment of a school worth $50M

As a leading hand, you will be expected to undertake all site set out and coordinate the day to day activities of sub-contractors and plant and be the Site Managers eyes and ears on site. You will ideally come from a trade qualified background and done your time as a Carpenter with a similar size builder.


Background / Experience

• Carpentry trade background
• Ability to accurately undertake site setout
• Keen eye for detail and quality
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Basic tools
• Valid drivers lic
