Job Description:
  • Provide comprehensive commercial/contract advice to senior management.
  • Provide detailed reviews of various client contracts regarding terms, conditions and adhering to company policy.
  • Liaise with internal and external personnel regarding legalities and insurances.  
  • Provide support to the National Commercial and Strategy manager with commercial responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in structuring and drafting legal requirements.
  • Contracts will include both pre and post award phases.
  • Be the point of communication between company legal/contract team and the client. 
  • Opportunity to develop into a managerial and operations position for the right candidate. 
Qualifications:
  • Completed Construction Management, Civil Engineering degree or related
  • Ability to identify and manage loose ends of scope. 
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risk within a contract. 
  • 2 years + in a similar role
  • Experience and knowledge in contract law and contract negotiations.
  • Be well presented and carry excellent communication skills
  • Strong technical and QA experience in structures 
  • Jobpac experienced highly desired
