Join a premier boutique fitout firm operating within the commercial, educational and government space. They have been trading for over 30 yrs, have a solid client base and offer a supportive culture.   Boutique in nature they can offer clients a personalised service and currently employee a team of 20 people. Projects range from $1M - $5M.
  
The Position
  
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager we are looking to speak with the next generation of  Project Manager. This position could suit a Contract Administrator who has a year or two’s experience or someone that has just graduated and looking for their first job.  The company will offer training and mentorship to progress to the next level.
  
You will have exposure to early tender involvement, contract administration, programing and clients whilst working closely with the Site Manager team to deliver the project. You will also be exposed to project financials and monthly forecasting all whilst ensuring that the project to deliver to scope and quality.

Skills / Qualifications

• Degree background within a construction related field
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a team environment, wiliness to learn from those around you
• Valid drivers lic

Salary will depend on experience however figures of between 60K – 75K can be expected
