The Company:
We are currently working in partnership with a South Sydney based company that is looking to bring on a junior Contract Administration/Estimator due to the company’s recent growth. As a demonstration of their recent success their turnover is predicted to increase from $20 to $35m. With an extremely diverse client base they work on projects valued from $2-25m and operate across a range of different sectors including commercial, high end residential and aged care projects.

The Role: 
This is a rare opportunity to work alongside one of the directors and take part all aspects of construction. Initially you be working alongside one of the founding directors of the company helping out with estimates, contract admin work and dealing with suppliers. The role itself can be moulded to fit the right person and their ambitions.

Your Background: 
The role would be ideal for a person who has had between 1-2 years’ work experience within a construction company and is keen to progress their career. For this role attitude, intelligence and ambition is more important that previous experience. You must have a genuine passion for what you do and want to be part of a company which aims to enhance your opportunities through support and training.
