CGC Recruitment are working with a well established and reputable tier 2 mechanical services contractor who are currently delivering a complex data centre project in Sydney and require a Site Manager to work closely with an experienced Project Manager to deliver the project. 

The contractor are well known in the industry and have a proven track record in delivering data centre projects, along with commercial and healthcare jobs both new build and refurbishments. They have strong relationships with a number of top tier builders in the industry, typically getting involved in mechanical services projects valued up to $10m. 

Due to working on a number of data centres, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor or Site Manager, who has strong technical capability, ideally with a background and knowledge in either Electrical OR BMS to compliment your HVAC / Mechanical services experience and knowledge.

This is a permanent position within an expanding contractor who have exciting growth plans over the next 12-18 months. On offer is a career opportunity that will provide you a pathway into Project Management. The client have strong staff retention records, management who are both down to earth but are also technically strong and a healthy pipeline of projects. 

The package on offer is highly competitive, offering up to $120k + Super + Vehicle / Vehicle Allowance.
