Job description
NSW Service Manager - Tier 2 Mechanical Contractor
CGC Recruitment are working with a well established, expanding tier 2 mechanical contratcor who have a strong presence in the HVAC construction market that have a key focus on driving the growth and expansion of their service division.
They currently have a small service division, with a number of commercial contracts on their books, but they are now looking to significantly invest in their service department, with strong growth plans in place and are looking to bring on board an experienced Service Manager, to spearhead the growth and expansion of the division.
As HVAC Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the service division that will include -

- Full P&L responsibility
- Mentoring current service team
- Managing health and safety
- Building relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for new business
