The client turn over approximately $15m per year and have projects currently on their books ready to go. As a Project Manager you would work closely with the General Manager, typically taking responsibility for delivering high rise residential projects up to $5m. The client also offer commercial HVAC solutions to clients so there is the opportunity down the track to also get involved in more commercial projects.

We are seeking more of a Junior / Mid level HVAC Project Manager, who is ideally degree qualified in mechanical engineering or has come from a HVAC trade background. You will be confident liaising with the financials and reporting on projects and seeking an opportunity where you can develop your skillset and career to the next level. 

The position would be well suited to a Project Engineer or Site Manager seeking a career pathway into Project Management, or a Project Manager wanting to lead high rise residential projects. 

There is significant career development on offer, working with a business who have a proven track record from promoting from within. Salary $80-110k + Super + Vehicle / Vehicle allowance depending on experience.
