A National Tier 1 HVAC Contractor, and arguably the No.1 at present in the QLD HVAC construction market. They have a steady flow of large scale projects including major project across QLD in commercial, retail, . They currently require an experienced and competent HVAC Project Manager to join their high calibre team.

The Role
 
Reporting in to the Project Director you will run design and construct projects independently with tier 1 builders across sectors that will include commercial, retail, health, data centre and high rise residential. Project values will be from $7m - $40m.
 
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate the following;
-          Successfully completed construction projects $10m+ in HVAC value
-          Strong relationships with builders and subcontractors alike
-          A commercial acumen for delivering projects
-          Works well with internal departments such as engineering, drafting and estimating.
 
High level calibre HVAC Project Managers that have delivered large construction projects with tier 1 builders in other States will also be considered.
