CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading multi-services contractor who have a well established mechanical services division that are experiencing fantastic growth and as a result, are seeking an experienced Lead Project Drafter to take responsibility for leading some of their key projects. 

You will work in close collaboration with a highly experienced BIM Manager, play a key role in coordinating between the design engineering and construction teams. You will build relationships with the Project Managers who are delivering the overall projects and will be involved in the services coordination, liaising with the builder, consultants, architects etc. 

Having a number of long standing relationships with tier 1 and tier 2 builders, this multi services contractor has successfully delivered the mechanical services packages on some of Australia's most iconic buildings, and typically the projects you will be involved in are $15-20m+. 

You'll be joining an employer who have an excellent management team who have been with the business for 10+ years, who really do look after and invest in the training and development of their staff.
