HVAC Estimator – Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment

A well-established and rapidly growing HVAC contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their Western Sydney team. Known for delivering high-quality commercial mechanical services projects, the business has built a strong reputation across fit-out and refurbishment works and is continuing to expand across NSW.

The Role
This is a hands-on estimating role where you’ll be expected to hit the ground running, taking ownership of tenders from day one.

The Role
This is a hands-on estimating role where you’ll be expected to hit the ground running, taking ownership of tenders from day one.
The focus is on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across sectors such as office, retail, and light industrial.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing accurate and competitive HVAC tenders
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Sourcing and negotiating pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
- Value engineering and identifying cost efficiencies
- Working closely with project delivery teams for seamless handovers
- Supporting interstate tenders (primarily VIC) when required
- Proven experience as an HVAC / Mechanical Estimator
- Strong background in commercial fit-out & refurbishment projects
- Mechanical Engineering degree (ideally required)
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tenders
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and designs
- High level of commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Salary up to $130K + Super
