What You'll Actually Be Doing

Your day will balance strategic client work with hands-on technical problem-solving:

• Own client relationships from initial consultation through to project completion – you'll be their trusted advisor, not just a sales contact
• Quote and scope service works using your technical know-how to create solutions that actually work (and make commercial sense)
• Bridge the gap between clients and your team of skilled technicians, ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed
• Solve technical challenges – your Cert 3 Air Con/Refrigeration background means you can troubleshoot alongside your team when needed
• Manage project logistics – coordinate materials, timelines, and resources to keep jobs running smoothly

The mix: You'll spend time both in the office (client meetings, quoting, planning) and in the field (site visits, technical support) – variety that keeps the role interesting.

About You

Must-haves:

• Cert 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
• Proven experience quoting HVAC service works
• Technical credibility – you can talk the talk because you've walked the walk
• Strong communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Previous experience in an account management or supervisory role
• Commercial or industrial HVAC background
