Summary 

CGC Recruitment is a specialist recruiter in the construction and engineering space. We are delighted to be recruiting a Human Resources Executive to join our vibrant and upbeat Head Office based in the heart of Circular Quay.

The Role

As a Human Resources Executive, you will have the opportunity to support the senior leadership team in sustaining the growth of the business. This is a dynamic position which will call for fresh new ideas and continuous improvement strategies.

Your roles and responsibilities will be varied, however may include and are not limited to:

Duties will be as follows

• Implementing and refining HR policies and procedures
• Maintaining and regularly updating Employee data
• Employee management (Inductions, exit reviews and all other HR related matters)
• Implementing and administering performance management processes
• Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers 
• Design compensation and benefits packages
• Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Monitor HR department’s budget
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

Who we are looking for 

• Minimum 6-8 years experience within Human Resources
• Degree qualified (HR)
• Vibrant, energetic and dynamic
• Eager to support the continuous growth of CGC
