• Policy Management & Implementation
• Training & Succession Management
• Advisory Support
• Recruitment & On boarding
• HR Management & Direction 

To be successful you must possess the following:

• A degree in Human Resources 
• Minimum 7 years experience as a Human Resource Manager / Human Resource Generalist 
• Experience in implementing Process Improvement programs 
• Good understanding of Employment Law and IR best practices 
• Knowledge of HR Systems and Databases
