We are currently seeking experienced HSE Advisors for a BIBO opportunity on the Eneabba Rare Earth Refinery Project, located approximately 300km north of Perth.

This is a great short-term opportunity with an immediate start and potential for extension.

On Offer

• BIBO - 2:1 Roster
• 12-hour workdays
• Initial 3 rotations (with potential to extend)
• $85–$90 Per Hour + Super
• Not paid for travel time

The Role:

• Provide on-site HSE support across construction and project activities
• Monitor and enforce compliance with site safety standards and procedures
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Support incident investigations and reporting
• Promote a strong safety culture and provide guidance to site personnel
• Assist with toolbox talks, pre-starts, and safety documentation

Travel & Logistics:

• Bus transfer to site departing Thursday afternoons (airport pickup)
• Return transfer to the airport after each 14-day swing
• There is no option to drive to site – all personnel must travel via the organised bus

Available Start Dates:

• 16th April
• 23rd April
• 30th April

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a HSE Advisor role (ideally within construction, mining, or resources)
• Relevant qualifications in Work Health & Safety
• Current site tickets and licences
• Valid medical dated within the last 12 months (highly desirable due to quick mobilisation)
