Company 
Having operated in the Sydney market for close to 10 years our client have been able to deliver a quality build within the custom homes market on a consistence basis. They have a particular focus on builds between $500K - $1m mark and have several projects within the Eastern Suburbs region of Sydney.

Role 
As a small company they can offer the right individual the chance to progress their career and manage their own projects. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working within the residential market as a carpenter and be keen to join a company where they can gain management experience and work in the custom homes market.

Duties
-The management of trades on site including carpenters, plumbers and electricians
-Ensure that the quality of finish remains high
-Daily updates of site diary and update of the schedule 
- Reading and following plans 
- Problem solving and work-arounds
- Liaising with clients and providing updates
- Liaising with suppliers
