The business operates across container transport, intermodal logistics, warehousing and supply chain solutions, with a strong focus on safety, operational excellence and continued growth.

The Role
Reporting to a senior executive, you will lead all aspects of site operations, including:
- Driving a strong safety-first culture across all activities
- Managing overall operational performance, productivity and cost control
- Leading, mentoring and developing leaders and site teams
- Overseeing compliance, regulatory standards and accreditations
- Managing budgets, forecasting and reporting across the business unit
- Supporting key customer relationships and service delivery outcomes
- Ensuring effective management of assets, infrastructure and equipment
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across operations, commercial and finance
- Identifying and delivering continuous improvement and growth initiatives
To be successful, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within logistics, 3PL, intermodal or warehousing environments
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets and performance outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and engage teams
- Solid understanding of safety, compliance and operational best practice
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with logistics systems (e.g. CargoWise) is advantageous
- Relevant tertiary qualifications will be well regarded
