Our client is a highly regarded residential builder delivering architecturally designed homes and renovations across the Northern Beaches. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Foreman to join the team and take ownership of projects ranging from $2M–$6M in value, with the first project being a $5.5M home.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead from the front, work alongside the site team when required, and actively contribute on the tools. This position suits a hands-on Foreman who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day delivery of projects rather than managing from the sidelines. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Driving construction programmes and maintaining project momentum
• Working on the tools alongside the team when required
• Leading by example and maintaining a strong site culture
• Monitoring quality, safety, and productivity across all stages of construction
• Coordinating trade sequencing and resolving site issues
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme and budget expectations
• Liaising with project stakeholders, consultants, and clients

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical construction knowledge with a genuine work ethic and leadership mentality.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Trade qualifications in Carpentry
• Previous experience as a Foreman / Site Supervisor
• Experience delivering residential construction projects valued between $2M–$6M+
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
• The ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A current White Card and driver's licence
