A Tier 2 business who some people do describe as a Tier 1 currently operate in WA, Victoria and QLD and are looking to add a few key people to their QLD team. They have been operating in QLD for over 15 years and a solid reputation with over $250m worth of projects currently in construction phase.
 
The role – Foreman/Site Manager – Gold Coast
They are looking for an experienced Foreman to join the business and initially deliver a $6m school located on the Gold Coast which is a new build project. This is an important project with a high profile client and you will be supported by a PM who will be based on site and the office 50/50 as well as a leading Hand and a roaming Safety officer. They are looking for someone to start by the beginning of October.  
 
What you need to be successful for this role of Foreman:

• Previous experience delivering projects of $10M plus
• Experience with a well known Tier 2
• Able to lead from the front and be self sufficient
• Previous education experience would be an advantage
• Very good organisational skills
• A team player
• Stability with previous employers
