The Opportunity
 
Quality commercial builder requires an experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor for an immediate short-term project in Gawler.

A multi-level ground floor, first floor and mezzanine fit out/refurbishment being delivered in a live environment, with existing tenants swapping floors throughout the works.

About You
  • Proven commercial fit out/refurbishment experience
  • Confident coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
  • Experienced working in live/occupied environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Safety and quality focused
  • Able to hit the ground running from day one
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to keep works moving
  • Available for a short-term contract
