Nationally recognised commercial builder is seeking a fit out specialist foreman/site manager to help deliver a prestigious $1.3M project in Adelaide's CBD.
  
This is a 12-week guaranteed project opportunity with competitive hourly rates, big hours, and strong on-site and head-office support.
  
The Project

• $1.3M commercial fit out/refurb project
• Full delivery responsibility: mobilisation through to handover
• Fast-paced program with clear milestones
• Strong emphasis on quality, safety, and client satisfaction

The Role

• End-to-end site management of a commercial fit out project
• Day-to-day liaison with client and key stakeholders
• Manage subcontractors, program, QA, and site logistics
• Drive site safety with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Accurate reporting and administration using Procore

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 3-years' experience delivering commercial fit out/refurbishment projects for head contract builders
• Mandatory Procore experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to run a project autonomously with discipline and urgency
• Excellent understanding of WHS requirements and site compliance
