Established over 20 years ago this well respected builder who operate in NSW and Victoria are known for delivering interiors and new build projects in the commercial, retail and hospitality sectors along with health and education.

With several MBA awards under their belt this well-structured contractor secure the majority of their work from repeat business and have recently secured 4 projects in Sydney which has forced them to grow their team and are in need of a Site Manager who have a strong commercial fit out background.
 
The Project / Person Spec. 
We are seeking a Site Foreman for a $3m full level fit out for a "CAT A" building (high end) office in the city. Being a high profile building and end user we are looking for a high calibre Site Foreman / Site Manager who is able to foster strong client relations while maintaining excellent subcontractor control to achieve program.

You will be reporting directly to your Project Manager who will be located in head office so you will need to take full responsibility for the project including all OH&S requirements. 

To be considered for this role you will have: 

• Come from a trade background
• Proven experience delivering projects up to $3M as a Foreman / Site Manager
• Strong commercial fit out background
• Able to manage a team
• Capable of assisting the Project Manager with programming
• Able to get the best out of your sub contractors
• Be a team player
