Job description

One of the newest but fastest growing providers of facilities management services are seeking an experienced estimator on a temporary basis to help price a huge tender that the business has been shortlisted for.

Privately owned, by individuals with a wealth of experience within the facilities management sector - ex tier one global providers (and smaller niche offerings) they are already making some impressive waves in the sector, picking up large contracts across Australia on an integrated self delivery model.

Having been invited to tender for a large multi region multi site contract, they need somebody with vast experience in cleaning estimating to join their team. Opportunities for longer term and permanent role possible based on growth plans.

The Position:
  • Provide sound costings for labour and service delivery as a part of the bid management process.
  • Adopt an innovative approach in the development of operational solutions.
  • Review pricings against operational and industry benchmarks
  • Work closely with the operating divisions as a part of the bid process as well as ensuring a smooth handover of new contracts.
  • Conduct site walk-throughs for new and existing sites.

Minimum Criteria:
  • Strong experience as a cleaning Estimator.
  • Organised - outcome and deadline oriented.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
