By constantly delivering projects in partnership with clients and sub-contractors this mid-tier commercial builder has paved an excellent reputation for having the ability to deliver a wide variety of projects ranging from $1m to $100M across fit out and construction

They Operate in the Commercial, Age Care, Health, Industrial and Retail sector they are extremely busy and are looking to bolster their team in Sydney and hire a Finishing Foreman to initially join a team on a $30 M age care project located in the Sutherland area.

As a Foreman you will come from a tier 2/3/4 background and will have proven experience working on a good mixture of projects including either a ressy high rise or age care. 

To be successful for this role of Finishing Foreman you will need: 

• Come from a trade background
• Have experience delivering a variety of projects
• Experience with a well-known builder in Australia
• Agecare experience/apartment experience as a Finishing Foreman would be an advantage
• Able to work in a large team
• Able to work to a tight but manageable programme
