The company
A builder who was established over 25 years ago are one of the fastest growing builders in Australia and now operate in all states with over 1000 employees. Their QLD Has grown over the past 3 years and are currently one of the busiest builders in QLD.

This well known and respected builder deliver a mixture of large fit out and refurbs and large construction projects and they are looking for a Finishing Foreman to join a $140M student accommodation project located close to the CBD.

The role
As a Foreman you will come from a large tier 2 background and will have proven experience delivering a good mixture of projects. You will show stability on your CV with previous employers and will be looking to join a builder who will provide you will challenging projects for the next 5 to 10 years.

To be successful for this role of Finishing Foreman you will need: 

• Come from a trade background
• Have experience delivering a variety of projects
• Previous finishing experience on high rise residential
• Experience with a well-known builder in Australia
• Able to manage and work in a large team
• Able to work to a tight but manageable programmes
• Excellent people skills
• Good team player
