The Company:  
Industry leading Facade Contractor working across both the commercial and residential sector. Design & Construct contractor with key relationships in across the built environment. You will be joining a solid team with highly experienced Senior Management to deliver top class projects across NSW. Projects across; Education, Health, Government, Commercial & High Rise. 

The Role:

• Based in State-of-the-art factory in South Sydney 
• Oversee & execute daily activities in conjunction with the Factory Manager 
• Oversee & supervisor team of Fabricators/Machinist & CNC Operations 
• Material & labour management 
• Stock control & inventory management 
• Weekly Toolbox talks 
• Maintenance of PPE register and a leader of safety 

About you:

• Prior management of production in Facades/Windows
• Organised and keen eye for detail
• Leadership skills
• High level of workmanship
• Trade qualification desired however not essential
• Hands-on and get-it-done attitude
