One of the newest players in the corporate facilities management sector are looking for a facilities manager to take responsibility for the office portfolio of an insurance company. Based from their Melbourne head office, you will also have oversight of their other offices across Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
Reporting directly to the clients head of real estate and property, you will be responsible for contractor management across cleaning, maintenance, reception and other services. These services lines are currently partnered, but the business will be looking to bring these services in as part of their offering in the coming months.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working across tenant side multi site portfolios. Ideally you will have managed direct employees across different service lines, but by no means essential. This is a heavily customer facing role so account management and service delivery are the key pillars to be successful. The role might suit an experienced assistant FM looking to make the step up.
