Job description

A rapidly growing privately owned real estate and property advisory business, are looking for a facilities coordinator to join their burgeoning facilities management division. 
 
Based out of their head offices, you will support the delivery of facilities management services across a portfolio of commercial assets. The business primarily represents smaller private investors and in partnership with the senior FM's and asset management team, you will ensure that their assets continue to attract leading tenants, and are safe, compliant and in their optimal condition.
 
You will be expected to conduct site based condition audits across the portfolio, work with contractors across both hard and soft services to ensure that these provisions are being delivered to SLA and KPI's. Equally, you will get the opportunity to sit in on regular meetings with owners and contractors.
 
There is huge scope for you to grow your career, and progress into a fully fledged facilities manager within this role. You will be exposed to a variety of commercial assets across the CBD and inner suburbs. 
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is just starting their career in FM to fast track it.
