The Role:

• Play a leading function of the Project Team reporting into the Construction Manager
• Management of all project activities during the project life-cycle
• Liaison with Builders and related consultants 
• Ensuring project programme, budgets specifications are adhered and managed in a timely manner. 
• Participate in project, design and related meetings 
• Planning and scheduling of day to day site activities in conjunction with the Site Manager to ensure project milestones are met
• OHS and contract negotiations through to project handover
• Quality control and assurance
• Coordination of trades 

About you:

• BSC in Mechanical, Structural, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural or trade related qualifications. 
• 5+ years experience in curtain wall, glass wall and facade design
• 2+ years in a management position 
• Experience in full project life cycle including fabrication, purchasing, design and production.
