Looking to take the next step in your freight forwarding career? We’re working with a global logistics provider seeking an experienced Export Air Freight Forwarder to join their high-performing team based at the Port of Brisbane.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing export air shipments end-to-end, ensuring all consignments are handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage export air consignments from booking through to final uplift
• Prepare and process all export documentation in line with compliance standards
• Coordinate with airlines, co-loaders, transport providers, and internal teams
• Troubleshoot shipment issues and provide proactive solutions to clients
• Maintain accurate job data, costings, and shipment details within CargoWise
• Monitor deadlines and ensure all KPIs and service levels are met
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the export team

About You
• Experience in export air freight forwarding
• Strong working knowledge of CargoWise One (CW1)
• Solid understanding of export documentation and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Team-focused with a customer-first mindset
• Knowledge of IATA, Dangerous Goods, or RACA highly regarded
