Reporting directly to the MD, you will take full ownership of the civil infrastructure division, leading operations, strategy, and growth across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the national civil infrastructure strategy
- Oversee P&L performance, ensuring strong commercial outcomes
- Drive business growth through client engagement, tenders, and strategic partnerships
- Provide leadership and direction to regional managers and project teams
- Ensure excellence in project delivery across safety, quality, and programme
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Tier 1 clients and government bodies
- Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities
- Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within civil infrastructure (e.g. General Manager, Director, or equivalent)
- Proven track record delivering major infrastructure projects (bulk & detailed excavation, piling, early works, FRP)
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L responsibility
- Exceptional leadership and team-building capability across geographically dispersed teams
- Established network within the Australian civil construction market
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline (preferred)
