Key responsibilities of the role will include providing support to the Building Manager, Administration support to the Building Operations team and Database Coordination and Implementation.

To be considered for the role, you will be an extremely confident person, with the ability to work both independent and with a team of 6. You will have a strong ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure. You must have exceptionally strong organisational and communication skills and should have an extremely professional manner.
- At least 3 years’ experience supporting an individual at managerial level is vital
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel (Intermediate/Advanced), and Outlook
- Experience within the construction/building is required both office and site based
This is a dual role which means a lot of variety and self-management required.
