We’re seeking an experienced Estimator to join a well-established residential builder based in Liverpool, NSW. Offering $130K + super and an immediate start, this is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment with a strong pipeline of work.
You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, completing take-offs, managing data builds, and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to interpret construction drawings are essential.
To be considered, you’ll have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential construction estimating, along with solid experience using Databuild software.
