Job description
The company:
- Our client is a remedial builder who are currently seeking an Estimator for their office based in Silverwater. They specialise in façade repairs, internal refurbishments and insurance related dilapidation works.
- Working closely with the the owner you will price and win a wide range of projects which are generally hard dollar tenders with repeat clients - (strata management, insurance companies and building owners)
- Ideally you will have remedial experience but this is not essential.. Ideally we are looking for an Estimator who has good understanding and plan interpretation / building methodology and is able to produce a BOQ and a competitive tender with limited information from the clients.
- You must have good communication, the ability to manage multiple small jobs / tenders simultaneously.
