Job description
A new Residential / Homes Estimator opportunity available, Southern Suburbs Brisbane - working in the Project & Investment homes market.
The business have experienced positive and strong sales and building in SE QLD, and seeking a new team member to coincide with forecast growth.
You will be working as part of a small team on a permanent basis, and rewarded with further training, experienced management support, and the ability to progress within the business within a realistic time frame.
- Previous experience (ideally 3 years plus) as a capable Production or Sales Estimator in Homes Construction
- Background working within another known Homes Builder in QLD
- Relevant qualifications / certificates in Building & Construction
- An eye for detail and very organised
- Well presented and confident individual
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about homes construction
