Estimator (Contract – 4–8 Weeks) | Top-Tier Fit Out Builder | ASAP Start
We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join a top-tier fit out builder on a short-term contract (4–8 weeks).
Due to a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming projects, our client requires additional estimating support to assist in managing their current workload.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial fit out projects
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
• Work closely with project managers and the pre-construction team
• Assist with tender submissions and documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the fit out / interiors sector
• Strong understanding of commercial fit out projects (essential)
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Availability to start ASAP
