Our client is an established and well run building contractors who work across the commercial, health and public sectors delivering small fast paced refurbishment and fit out projects ranging from $100k to $3m.
  
With a great office environment, established systems and a great client base this is an excellent opportunity for an established Estimator in small works and refurbishment projects. 
  
Role:
Pricing interior fit out and refurbishment projects ranging from $100k to $3m you will be used to working in a busy office environment where communication, collaboration and team work comes naturally. Working with Project Managers and Contract Administrators you will play an integral part in winning work, handing over all documentation to the relevant PM to deliver he project. Being a small team you will need to have clear communication skills but also an ability to work independently where required.

You must be able to be flexible and be able to price both negotiated and hard dollar tenders using a mix of systems, including buildsoft, excel and/or an internal system.
