Job Description
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Administration of tender documentation, plans and quotes ready for suppliers
- Ensuring all external supplier quotes received by date requested for tender package
- Assisting the head estimator with putting together tender submission
- Building & maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Coordinating job workflow and documentation
- General office duties including reception, coding and sorting of receipts, stationery and amenities ordering, assisting with time sheet management
- HR and PA duties when required
- Availability to work throughout October and November on this contract role
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Word skills and proficient in MS Office
- Skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
- General administration experience to provide duties for the estimating team
- Professional writing skills and strong document management
- Industry knowledge within construction is highly regarded!
