ESD Consulting Team Leader

The company
Our client is an industry leading multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy with a strong reputation for premium Building services design work across multiple market sectors in Australia, specifically holding high regard in the healthcare sector.
They continue to expand their presence across the country with design professionals of the highest calibre, and this plus a management team who lead from the front, has helped them take an increasing market share within Sydney's building services.
They get involved in a broad range of projects mostly within the traditional areas of, commercial, residential, government, rail and healthcare sectors.
The role
Now, with a long standing and strong foothold in Sydney and growing presence in the ESD field, our client is wanting to bring in an experienced ESD Consultant/Engineer who has the ability to sell ESD services in a consultative manner in a piggyback manner to architects with existing work won.
The role will look after existing work won and relationships whilst developing new clients in new market spaces. You will have the luxury and full financial backing to build a team of highly capable engineers around you if needed and you're successful in your expansion.
The role reports into the Lead Engineer / Building Services Leader of Sydney as well as the Managing Director, but will operate with a large degree of autonomy and again will be given the necessary support to assist you in growing this part of the business.
You will build upon existing work and grow the business with the support of the larger group.

The requirements
- 10 years + experience within building services - Ideally Sydney Exp.
- Strong knowledge of the Sydney market
