Our client is a small - mid sized Tier 2 multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy with a growing reputation for high quality Building services design work across multiple market sectors in Canberra.
They continue to expand their presence across Canberra with a growing team of dynamic design professionals of the highest calibre and a leader with a wealth of experience.
They have particular expertise in the following sectors: Data Centres, Education Facilities, Residential/Apartments, Industrial/Defence Manufacturing
The role
Our client is looking to hand over the management of his business to the Mechanical Discipline Leader and the successful Electrical Team Leader from this round of recruitment.
Now, with an ever growing strong foothold in Canberra and a desire to grow the business, our client is wanting to bring in a technically strong Senior Electrical Engineer in the middle of his/her career to learn the ropes in preparation. A sound knowledge of the Canberra market would be a real benefit.
The role will look after existing work won and relationships whilst developing new clients in new market spaces. You will have the luxury and full financial backing to build upon and expand the existing team of highly capable engineers around you.
The role reports into the business owner, but will operate with a large degree of autonomy and again will be given the necessary support to assist you in growing the team.
You will build upon the existing team and grow the business with the support of the larger group.

- 5+ years experience within building services - Ideally Canberra Exp.
