Electrical Site Engineers & Project Engineers - Defence Infrastructure | Perth Metro
A leading Australian infrastructure contractor is delivering a major, long-term defence project in the Perth metropolitan area and is seeking experienced Electrical Site Engineers and Project Engineers to join the team. This is a high-security, technically complex program involving the delivery of critical electrical and civil enabling works within a live, regulated environment.
The initial phase of works includes the installation of HV & LV electrical infrastructure along with associated in-ground services. The project offers strong continuity of work, technical challenge, and the opportunity to contribute to nationally significant infrastructure.
The Roles Project Engineers (Electrical)
$120,000 - $145,000 + super + 5% project uplift (DOE)
$90,000 - $120,000 + super + 5% project uplift (DOE)

The Roles Project Engineers (Electrical)
$120,000 - $145,000 + super + 5% project uplift (DOE)
- Lead and coordinate electrical construction packages across HV & LV systems
- Manage subcontractors, procurement, cost control and project reporting
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety, and program requirements
- Interface with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams
$90,000 - $120,000 + super + 5% project uplift (DOE)
- Support day-to-day site delivery of electrical and in-ground services
- Assist with planning, QA documentation, and ITPs
- Coordinate subcontractors and materials on site
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Electrical engineering or related qualification (or equivalent site experience)
- Experience delivering HV/LV infrastructure and/or utilities projects
- Strong background in civil/electrical construction environments
- Ability to work in a structured, security-focused project environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory
- Dual citizenship will only be considered from: UK, New Zealand, USA, or Canada
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain security clearance
