We are seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Modeller to join a highly regarded and growing electrical building services consultancy based in the Perth Fringe

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Modeller to work across a diverse portfolio of technically complex and large-scale projects, collaborating closely with experienced engineers and industry professionals.

The consultancy has an established project portfolio across sectors including healthcare, transport and infrastructure, education, retail, multi-residential, aged care and commercial developments.

You will play an integral role in developing detailed electrical BIM models and documentation, supporting the successful delivery of high-quality projects from design through to documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed electrical BIM models using Revit
• Produce coordinated 3D models covering power, lighting, earthing, communications and associated electrical systems
• Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to achieve effective BIM coordination
• Produce accurate electrical documentation and drawing packages
• Support engineers throughout the design and documentation process
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings, model reviews and clash detection
• Maintain high standards of model quality, accuracy and project documentation

About You

• Ideally 6+ years’ minimum experience as an Electrical Modeller within a building services consultancy
• Strong proficiency in Revit is essential
• Solid understanding of electrical building services design and documentation
• Experience working across large-scale or technically complex projects
• Good understanding of Australian Standards and relevant WA regulations
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers and other disciplines
