The Company
As Design Manager – Delivery, you will take ownership of the construction-phase design across a major $600M development in the Hills District.
Working closely with the Project and Construction Managers, you will ensure design information is coordinated, buildable, compliant and delivered in line with the construction programme.

As Design Manager – Delivery, you will take ownership of the construction-phase design across a major $600M development in the Hills District.
Working closely with the Project and Construction Managers, you will ensure design information is coordinated, buildable, compliant and delivered in line with the construction programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive design delivery and resolution throughout the construction phase.
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal construction teams.
- Manage shop drawings, RFIs, design changes and construction documentation.
- Ensure design packages are released in line with procurement and site programmes.
- Identify buildability, coordination and compliance issues before they impact construction.
- Lead design meetings and maintain strong consultant and subcontractor relationships.
- Manage design risk, Safety in Design requirements and relevant Class 2 compliance.
- Track key design deliverables and implement corrective actions where required.
- $230K–$250K depending on experience.
- Major five-stage project providing genuine long-term project continuity.
- Work alongside experienced Construction Managers from the mid-tier market.
- Strong pipeline of secured work and excellent job stability.

- Proven Design Management experience across Class 2 high-rise residential projects.
- Strong construction-phase and delivery experience working for building contractors rather an architects.
- Excellent understanding of design coordination, buildability and construction methodology.
- Confident managing consultants, subcontractors and key project stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and design risk within the Class 2 environment.
