The Position
Working closely with the internal design team you will ensure you are improving buildability, value engineering items to improve cost savings and producing fully documented projects ready to hand over to delivery teams providing support then throughout construction as required.
- Help run design meetings with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with relevant team members and resolve design issues
- Produce internal reporting to management
- Help internal design team with all matters related to the successful design and delivery of each project
- Tertiary qualifications relating to construction (architecture or construction management)
- Experience working within the residential sector on the design and construct of highrise buildings
- A strong eye for buildability and budget control within the tier one or two market
- Have experience working on the contractor side
