A commercial builder established 10 years ago, who are creating a fantastic name for themselves in Brisbane and have a very experienced senior management team in the business. They are currently sitting with 40 staff and have a T/O of just over $50M.
  
They have full order book of exciting commercial building projects throughout 2022. This is a long-term career opportunity with senior management opportunities available as you progress.

The Role – Design Manager
We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join the preconstruction team and project delivery teams. You will be working closely with the Estimators in the pre-construction team, as well as working alongside the project delivery teams with heavy involvement in the first third of the project.

You will be involved in a range of Brisbane based commercial projects.
  
What we are looking for:

• A completed construction related degree
• Previous experience working for a builder
• Experience in front end and construction design
• Previous experience as an architect or would suit a building Project Engineer
• Mixture of project experience is preferred
• Experience on projects $5m - $30m plus
• Stability with previous employers
